What data we collect
We only collect what you send us. Through the demo request form we collect:
- Your name and the organisation you work for.
- Your role, if you tell us.
- Your email address.
- The approximate size of your archive and the problem you want to solve, if you select them.
- Any message you choose to write.
Why we use it
We use this data for one purpose: to contact you, arrange a product demonstration and follow up on that commercial conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications unrelated to your request.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as the commercial relationship remains open and, afterwards, for the period required to meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your data and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do use service providers that process data on our behalf — hosting and email delivery — under a data processing agreement. Our infrastructure providers operate within the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidad@lienzio.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections, access control and regular backups. No system is completely immune to incidents, but we commit to notifying you of any breach that affects you as required by law.
