A destination’s archive is not marketing. It is heritage.

Lienzio is designed for tourism boards and destination brands: seasons, markets, photographers, press and partners — the whole content cycle of a territory.

A year in the life of your archive.

  1. Oct brief sent

    The winter shoot is commissioned

You define the brief and generate a delivery link with the folder, the required metadata and the release already loaded.

  2. Nov batch received · 142 files

    The photographer delivers

They upload through their link, describe the shots and sign the release. Duplicates and blurred frames are flagged; what reaches you is ready to approve.

  3. Dec press room live

    Campaign across four markets

The same archive serves EN, ES, FR and IT without recataloguing anything. Each channel downloads in its own preset.

  4. Jan request · German press · 10:07pm

The press asks for snow on a Friday night

Nobody on the team has to get off the sofa: the press room serves itself, with your terms accepted and recorded.

  5. Apr releases: 3 expire within 30 days

    The spring releases expire

Alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days. What expires blocks itself, and everyone who had downloaded it is notified.

What makes it different

And your territory on the map, too.
