Rights attached to the file
Not in a separate spreadsheet: every image carries its releases, authorship, territories and expiry dates.
Assisted contract reading
Upload the release PDF: Lienzio proposes validity periods and conditions. You confirm them.
Active expiry
Alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days. On expiry the image blocks itself and everyone who downloaded it is notified.
Full traceability
Who downloaded what, when and for which purpose — exportable if anyone ever asks.
Automatic takedown on third-party sites
If you shared a live link instead of a file, the expired image disappears from the partner’s website on its own.
